comealign.com is a pre-launch site for Align, an astrology-based dating app that is not yet available. The Site lets you join a waitlist, vote for the next launch city, try the Alignment Checker and pre-order the Houston Beta.

Align is exclusively for adults aged 18 or older seeking genuine, consensual connections. You must be 18 or older to use Align-operated services, join the waitlist or buy the Houston Beta. You must give your real name, email and birthdate. Do not misrepresent your age or attempt to bypass age eligibility or verification controls.

You must not use any Align-operated website, mobile application, community, event, communication feature or service to engage in, promote, facilitate, solicit, organize or profit from human trafficking, including sex trafficking, forced labor or sexual exploitation.

You must not aid, abet, encourage, promote, facilitate or participate in abuse, sexual violence, coercion, exploitation, harassment or other unlawful harm against any person. Any sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, including grooming, solicitation or attempts to facilitate exploitation, is strictly prohibited.

Align must not be used to arrange commercial sexual services, distribute pornography or other sexually explicit content, exploit vulnerable individuals or coordinate prohibited activity outside the platform. These restrictions apply both to direct conduct and to attempts to facilitate it through Align or associated communities.

Violations may result in immediate restriction or termination of access, removal of prohibited content, preservation of relevant information where legally permitted, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. You must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms and provides additional restrictions on content, conduct and misuse of our services.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Align, a place in line, or any feature or price. Your city gets one vote once you confirm your email. One vote per person; we may remove duplicate, automated or fake entries and their votes. The vote helps us decide where to launch next but does not bind us, and launch timing may change.

Readings on the Site are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not relationship, psychological, medical, financial or other advice. Only enter another person's birthdate if you have a good reason to and do not use the result to embarrass or harass them.

The Houston Beta is a one-time $15 pre-order, paid through Stripe. It includes the perks listed at checkout: lifetime Align+ on your future account, a permanent Houston Beta Badge, Beta Discord access, an invite to the Houston launch party, and entry into the Align TCG giveaway. In-app perks are delivered when the app launches in Houston. "Lifetime" means for as long as Align operates and your account stays in good standing. Launch party access depends on venue capacity and attendees being 18 or older (21 or older where alcohol is served). The giveaway has its own official rules, and no purchase is necessary to enter. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Checkout is currently in test mode. No real charge or beta benefits are provided through the current checkout link.

The Align name, logo, zodiac artwork, readings and Site design belong to Come Align. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Align will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, or $15 if you paid nothing.

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms as Align develops; the date above shows the latest version. Using the Site after a change means you accept it. Separate app terms will govern the mobile application before it launches. The prohibitions on exploitation, trafficking and abuse and the Acceptable Use Policy will continue to apply across Align-operated services.
